Organic Food And Church Attendance
There are many important things we can do to promote physical health. For example, we can rejoice in the Lord (Prov.17:22). And we can be sure to thank God for our food (1 Timothy 4:3,4). Many overlook the fact that God said every creature is good IF it is received with thanksgiving. How often Christians tend to ignore the “IF’S” of Scripture! Maybe this is why many are unhealthy. They sit down to eat and forget to give thanks. But I am convinced there is also another reason that many people get sick too easily in these last days. I believe our immune system is weakened by the antibiotics and other chemicals in our food. After quite a bit of reading on the subject, I decided to test it by eating only organic in our home. Our immune systems appeared to immediately grow stronger once the daily dose of antibiotics and other chemicals were not invading our bodies. The Lord then moved to open up the doors for our family to eat this way without increasing our food budget.

She says its criticism for people who tend to over-medicate hyperactive kids. But she says she did not share her opinion in class. Ausburn says she is trying to get her job back, claiming that her first amendment rights were violated…”

Texas Senate Approves Abortion Sonogram Bill

“AUSTIN — Doctors would have to perform a sonogram at least two hours before an abortion and describe the fetus for the woman — including cardiac activity, internal organs and limbs — under a bill that sailed through the Texas Senate on Thursday…Three Democrats voted for Senate Bill 16: Sens. Eddie Lucio of Brownsville, Carlos Uresti of San Antonio and Judith Zaffirini of Laredo. One Republican, Sen. Jeff Wentworth of San Antonio, voted against it…The bill was declared an emergency measure by Gov. Rick Perry, allowing for its quick consideration. Mandatory Vaccines For All Texas College Students?

Texas Raw Milk Bills Introduced

“…Bills to allow licensed raw milk dairies to deliver their milk directly to their customers at home or at a mutually convenient location like a farmers market have been introduced in both the Texas House and Senate and have already gained bi-partisan support…
Currently Texas Department of Health regulations limit the sale of Grade A raw milk“only at the point of production,” namely on the farm.
“This means that customers must drive to the farm each and every time they want to buy milk,” explained Judith McGeary, the executive director of the Farm and Ranch Freedom Foundation and a supporter of the legislation.
